Let me assist you on finding your next home. I will dedicate myself in helping you to locate the property, schedule a showing, making an offer, assist you with the lease, or contract, and also assist you on the Association approval process, if the property has an Association. Let me do the leg work for you! My services are 100% FREE. (Your new Landlord covers my services). So your loyalty will be greatly appreciated.
Requirements
An application needs to be filled out with your information, employment, references, and prior rental history. The owner of the property will need a credit report along with the application, and a copy of your driver’s license. (All Applicants that work over 18 must fill out an application, and submit all paper work). Email me at yamilyfernandez@gmail.com so I can send you the Rental Application. Once you received the application, please fill out the forms and email, or fax them back to me along with the REF #’s of the properties you would like to see. These forms are needed for any property you decided on renting. If you credit is poor please make sure to have first month, last month, and security deposit. Along with a Landlord reference letter. These items will better your chances of getting approved by the Landlord.
Schedule a Viewing
I will begin to schedule appointments to view the inside of the properties, once you have emailed me the Ref #’s / MLS #’s of the properties you would like to see. When you email me, please let me know the best days, and times you are available to see the properties. If you find a property yourself over the internet, please feel free to email me the address so I can coordinate the appointment for you.
Hours of Operation
I am available from Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. If you work late hours, and need to schedule a showing after 7PM, or over the weekend that is fine with me, as long as you coordinate with me ahead of time.
